Wrong item sent/Doesn't work or defective
- If we send you a different product from the one you ordered, or if the item is defective, don't hesitate to contact us with an image or video showing the situation. The more information you provide, the faster we can help resolve your problem. Upon the proof of defectived items, we are gonna fully examine it. If you are approved to return, our after-sale team will notify you with the warehouse address or send you Free Prepaid Return Label. Please choose a trackable shipping service and give us the tracking number thus we can check the status and receive your returned item properly. We will process an exchange or a refund ASAP whether everything is okay as expected.
- Exchanges due to shipping errors made by CARAMORE Auto Parts will not be subject to a restocking fee or shipping charges.
- You can leave a message to cancel orders before we ship them (But we can not promise 100% successful cancellation).
- We reserve the right to cancel orders based on the incorrect prices or availability information.
- Please enter the valid address. Changing your shipping address after shipping out is not acceptable. If it's too late and the parcel is sent to the wrong address and returned, the buyer is supposed to pay the return fee.
- If you are a member of our store, you can check the status in the user center.
- If you have not received your refund yet, Check your bank account or contact your credit card company. If you've done all steps and still have not received your refund yet, leave us the message.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
